Reservation Terms and Conditions
All reservations must be confirmed by telephone, e-mail, fax or post.
The reservation will be confirmed upon reception of a valid credit card number with its expiry date. The amount due will only be debited upon departure.
Accepted payment means: credit/charge card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, EuroCard), cheque in euro, drawn on a French account, or cash.
Cancellation Terms
- More than 10 days prior to arrival: no cancellation fee.
- Between 5 and 10 days prior to arrival: 50 % of the cost of the stay, with a minimum of 1 night and a maximum of 3 nights.
- Less than 5 days prior to arrival: 100 % of the cost of the stay, with a maximum of 3 nights.
- No-show (on arrival day): 100 % of the cost of the stay.
- Early departure: 100 % of the remaining nights, with a maximum of 3 nights.
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing (e-mail, fax, post).
The cancellation fees will be debited from the credit or charge card.
Special terms available for long-term stays (7 nights and over) and reservations for more than 3 rooms (please contact us).
